Identification and contact data (name, telephone, email), sensitive personal health data necessary for medical care, and, where applicable, billing and insurance information.
Purposes of processing
Provide medical care, integrate and maintain the clinical record in accordance with applicable regulations, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on your treatment, carry out administrative and billing procedures, and manage requests from your insurer.
Data sharing
Your data is not sold. They are only shared with laboratories, imaging studies, other specialists to whom you are referred or your insurer when necessary for your care, as well as with authorities when required by law.

Retention and security
The clinical record is kept for the period established by Mexican health regulations, with administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it.
